How fast is delivery?

Since we are local and located in southwest Idaho we will be able to deliver most medications that are requested before 4pm MST on the next business day. If a medication has to be ordered from our wholesalers, it could be an extra day but either way someone will contact you after your order is placed with an expected delivery time.

How do I pay for my medications and does somebody have to be home?

In order to ensure proper delivery somebody will need to be home to pay for the order. We accept cash, check, Apple Pay, debit, HSA/FSA, and credit cards.

What if I live outside your delivery areas & want to support local?

We appreciate all Idahoans who support local businesses and encourage you to contact us via (info@idahopriorityprescriptions.com) to let us know that you are interested in our services. As our business grows, we will expand our delivery radius to those areas that demonstrate the most demand and need.

How do I know when to be home for the delivery?

You will be contacted when the order is placed to discuss options and time frames, most likely a 1-2 hour block. Our delivery driver will be able to keep you updated the day of delivery with a more exact time frame in case something comes up.

What happens if somebody is not home during my delivery time?

If a delivery is not rescheduled prior to the driver showing up at the delivery location a $5 charge will be added for redelivery at the next available time/day
